• this web site does not take any responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy or completeness of an animals details as supplied by its current owner/custodian. It is the responsibility of a potential owner to verify any details before choosing to re-home an animal.
   
• payment of any search or registration fee does not guarantee the payee success in their search or rehoming respectively.
   
• any disputes which may arise during the re-homing process between the current owner/custodian of an animal and its new or potential owner are not the responsibility of petsneedyou.com.
   
• any person or organisation who registers an animal in need of rehoming must do so as the legal owner/custodian of that animal or with the express permission/understanding of the legal owner/custodian.
   
• any person or organisation who registers an animal in need of rehoming must make every reasonable effort to ensure that all animal details supplied are accurate and not misleading in any way. Such details should include information on any current medication or treatments.
